All appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit 50% of the service cost.
We prioritize the health and safety of all our young guests. All products used are non-toxic and dermatologist-tested. Please inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities before your visit. Children should be at least 5 years old for spa treatments. Parents/guardians must be present during all services.
Group bookings of 6 or more receive a 10% discount. Birthday party packages include 2-hour party room rental, all treatments, refreshments, and party favors. Minimum 2-week advance booking required for group events.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and mobile payments. A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings for group events. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
Parents must provide written consent before any photos are taken. We respect privacy and do not share photos on social media without explicit permission. Professional photos from party events can be purchased separately.
